Semi Private Training

Semi private training consists of groups of 2-4 athletes. Individuals can join these sessions after the initial assessment. This ensures that athletes receive the full 1RM Performance experience of quality individualized training even in a group setting. Semi private training provides a unique platform of competition, family, and leadership between the athletes that train together. The environment and benefits that group training brings for the athletes and others in the gym is one of intensity and hard work.
